Therapeutic Clinic Building of Odesa National Medical University – Restoration and Modern Adaptation

Development of scientific and project documentation for the site: Repair and restoration works with modern adaptation of the heritage building (Block B) of Odesa National Medical University, located at 9 Pasteur Street, Odesa.

The project provides for comprehensive repair and restoration works to adapt the Therapeutic Clinic Building, with a total area of 4,091.1 m², for modern use. The goal is to bring lecture halls, operating rooms, and other premises in line with international standards, creating a multidisciplinary healthcare and educational facility that ensures the highest quality in both the teaching process and diagnostic and treatment services.
