VS Project — Design and Engineering Company

VS Project provides organisational and consultancy support for the design and construction of facilities, as well as building design services.

Our engineering division specialises in:

• Preparing project feasibility studies

• Organising tenders for the selection of general contractors

• Engineering and construction works

• Developing construction plans and supervising works (technical supervision)

• Construction management

VS Project is responsible for ensuring compliance with legislation within the scope of authority delegated by the Client. When required, we are engaged in dispute resolution, particularly at pre-trial (out-of-court) stages, including claims management, mediation and arbitration.

The company is a member of the Interstate Consultants Engineers Guild in Ukraine, affiliated with the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC). We act as an expert advisor to the client on project delivery, assist in selecting suppliers and contractors, manage on-site construction objectively and independently, and provide full project support at every stage.

As a general designer, VS Project carries out all stages of design work in full compliance with Ukrainian legislation and supports the project through to the issuance of a positive expert report.

We prepare design documentation for new construction, extensions, reconstruction, and major repairs of facilities, including:

• Residential buildings

• Public buildings and facilities (medical, educational, catering, office centres)

• Schools and nurseries

• Cultural heritage sites

VS Project applies the most up-to-date methods and approaches in its work. All projects are delivered using BIM (Building Information Modelling) technology.

A building information model is a virtual prototype of a structure, enabling design solutions to be tested and evaluated before construction begins. This allows all project participants — client, designer and contractor — to exchange information more effectively, ensuring high construction quality whilst saving both time and resources.
