Medical Building of the V.P. Filatov Institute of Eye Diseases and Tissue Therapy, National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine

The project involved the revision and adjustment of design and cost documentation for the unfinished construction of the medical building of the V.P. Filatov Institute of Eye Diseases and Tissue Therapy located on Frantsuzkyi Boulevard, Odesa.

Adjustments were made to the following project sections:

• Architectural and structural solutions

• Technological systems

• Medical gas systems

• Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)

• Thermal engineering design of the heat distribution unit

• Cost estimate documentation

Services provided under the contract:

• Development of design documentation at the Working Project stage

• Obtaining approvals for design solutions from relevant authorities and the Client

• Passing expert review and obtaining a positive expert report

• Author supervision during implementation
