New Construction of a Family Medicine Outpatient Clinic – Chornomorske, Odesa Region

New construction of a Family Medicine Outpatient Clinic located at 35/2 Hvardiiska Street, Chornomorske, Odesa District, Odesa Region.

The project provides for the development of design documentation for the construction of a single-storey Primary Health Care Centre (Type “C”) accommodating 7 general practitioners. The facility is designed to provide primary medical care, laboratory testing, and instrumental examinations.

The project also includes a dual-purpose shelter area with radiation protection features, designed to accommodate up to 50 people in the basement beneath part of the building.

The design covers architectural and structural solutions, internal engineering systems (heating, water supply, drainage, electricity, ventilation, and air conditioning), the construction organisation plan, fire protection system, and landscaping works, including:

• construction of hard-surface pavements and access roads;

• parking spaces for service vehicles;

• outdoor recreation area;

• bicycle parking area;

• waste collection area;

• and installation of external lighting.

Services provided under the contract:

• Development of design documentation at the Working Project stage;

• Obtaining approvals for design solutions from relevant authorities and the Client.
