Administrative and Office Building for the Centre for Administrative Services (CNAP) – Chornomorske, Odesa Region

New construction of an administrative and office building for the Centre for Administrative Services (CNAP) located in Chornomorske, Odesa District, Odesa Region, at 7 Naberezhna Street.

The project provides for the development of design documentation for the new construction of the administrative and office building accommodating the Centre for Administrative Services (CNAP) in Chornomorske.

The design includes architectural and structural solutions for a two-storey building with office spaces for 49 employees, as well as the arrangement of a basement level equipped as a radiation protection shelter (RPS) for up to 100 people.
The project also covers facade finishes, internal engineering systems (heating, water supply, drainage, electricity supply, ventilation, and air conditioning), a construction organisation plan, a fire protection system, and landscaping of the surrounding area.

Services provided under the contract:

• Development of design documentation at the Working Project stage;

• Obtaining approvals for design solutions from relevant authorities and the Client.
