New construction of the Citizens’ Safety Centre at the address: Odesa region, Odesa district, Mayaky village, Bohacheva str.

The project provides for the development of project documentation for the new construction of the Citizens’ Safety Centre at the Odesa region, Odesa district, Mayaky village, Bogacheva str.

The project included architectural and constructive solutions for a one-storey building with built-in garages, offices, a lounge, kitchen, bathrooms and other auxiliary premises, exterior facade decoration, internal engineering networks for heating, water supply, drainage, electricity, ventilation and air conditioning, a heat generator, construction management design, fire protection system, and landscaping

Services provided under the contract:

• Development of project documentation for the Working Project stage
• Obtaining approvals of design solutions from the involved organisations and the Customer
• On-site supervision
