Reconstruction of the Centre for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation of the Population

Consulting engineer services were provided for the project: “Reconstruction of the Borodianka Centre for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation of the Population, located at 228 Tsentralna Street, Borodianka, Bucha District, Kyiv Region.”

Under the contract, project management was carried out during the construction phase. This included:

• Preparation of permits and approvals

• Analysis of the relevance of baseline data and design documentation during construction works

• Providing recommendations to the Client on making necessary amendments to the construction project or developing additional drawings required during the execution of works

• Monitoring compliance of construction works with the Client-approved schedule and cost indicators

• Participation in organising the facility’s connection to utility networks

• Coordinating the commissioning of the completed facility, including the preparation of documentation and liaison between the Client and relevant authorities.
