Odesa Regional Sports Medicine Dispensary — Restoration and Modernisation Project

Design documentation was developed for the restoration and repair works of the architectural heritage building located at 2nd Kulykivskyi Lane, 4, Odesa, which houses the Municipal Non-Profit Enterprise “Odesa Regional Sports Medicine Dispensary” of the Odesa Regional Council.

A technical inspection of the building was conducted, followed by the development of architectural and structural solutions for the replanning of internal spaces and reinforcement of structures. The project also included the restoration of facades and roofing, replacement of windows, and modernisation of internal engineering systems, including heating, ventilation, water supply, drainage, and power supply.

Additional works included the installation of fire protection systems, telecommunication networks (telephone, TV, Internet), and landscaping of the surrounding area.
An attached lift platform was designed to provide barrier-free access for visitors with special needs from ground level to the second floor.

Cost estimate documentation was also developed as part of the project.

Services provided under the contract:

• Development of design documentation, “Working Project” stage

• Execution of photogrammetry and generation of a point cloud

• Development of a BIM model (LOD 400)

• Obtaining approvals for design solutions from relevant authorities and the Client

• Obtaining state expertise and a positive expert report

• On-site supervision
