Design development and cost estimate documentation for the capital repair of Odesa Preschool Educational Institution “Nursery” No. 145, located at 20/2 Akademika Vorobiova Street, Odesa, within the framework of the investment project “Improving Energy Efficiency of Public Sector Facilities in Odesa and Reconstruction of the City’s Street Lighting Systems.”

The project included:

• Reconstruction of the street lighting system

• Installation of an individual heating unit

• Replacement of heating and ventilation systems, water supply and sewerage, and power supply

• Preparation of the building’s energy passport

• Fire protection system

• Installation of solar panels on the roof

• Development of the master plan and landscaping of the surrounding area

• Cost estimate documentation

The implementation of the NEFCO investment project “Improving Energy Efficiency of Public Sector Facilities in Odesa” improved the efficiency, reliability, and resilience of energy consumption systems in educational buildings, ensuring optimal thermal comfort for children during the heating season.

Services provided under the contract:

• Preparation of working design documentation (Working Project stage)

• Obtaining approvals of design solutions from the relevant authorities and the Client

• Submission for expert review and obtaining a positive expert report

• On-site supervision
