New Construction of a School Building in Chornomorske, Odesa Region

Completion of the unfinished construction of an educational institution for 918 students in Chornomorske, Odesa Region.

The project included adjustment of the original design documentation, development of a revised master plan, and landscaping of the surrounding area.

Services provided under the contract:

• Development of design documentation at the Working Project stage;

• Photogrammetry and creation of a point cloud model;

• Development of a BIM model (LOD 400);

• Obtaining approvals for design solutions from relevant authorities and the Client;

• Passing the project expert review and obtaining a positive expert conclusion.
