Restoration and Renovation of the Foreign Languages Department, Odesa National Medical University

Project documentation was developed for the restoration and renovation works of the Foreign Languages Department and the student centre “Vita” at Odesa National Medical University, located at 2-A, Pastera Street, Odesa.

The scope included:

• technical inspection and assessment of the building’s condition;
• redevelopment and strengthening of structures;
• restoration of façades and roof;
• refurbishment of interiors;
• window replacement;
• landscaping;
• renewal of internal engineering systems (heating, ventilation, water supply, sewage, power supply);
• fire safety systems installation;
• communication networks (telephony, television, internet), as well as the preparation of cost estimates.

Services provided under the contract:

• Development of project documentation at the Project and Working Project stages.

• Obtaining approvals for design solutions from relevant authorities and the Client.

• Passing project expertise and obtaining a positive expert report.
