Design of Military Barracks in Dachne Garrison

The barracks building in the military garrison Dachne-2, Odesa region, is a prefabricated frame-type structure with external walls and internal partitions made of sandwich panels. The total building area is 1,765.30 m².

The project involves the design of a two-storey barracks of improved layout for 280 contract servicemen. Accommodation is organised in separate cubicles for 6 persons each, equipped with individual sanitary units and showers. The design also includes shared facilities for cooking and dining, laundry and drying rooms. Engineering networks for water supply, sewerage, ventilation, and power supply were planned. In addition, an energy performance certificate, fire safety systems, and cost estimate documentation were developed.
