Residential Building

Design of a 16-storey, two-section residential building with 160 apartments for military service personnel and their families, located at 113 Levitan Street, Odesa.

Client: Southern Regional Directorate of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

The project provides for the development of design and cost estimate documentation for the construction of a multi-storey residential building, Category IV complexity, with a total area of 15,267.24 m², designated for military personnel.

The scope of the project includes:

• Development of the master plan and landscaping

• Architectural and structural solutions

• Fire safety systems

• Water supply and sewerage systems

• Heat supply, heating, and ventilation

• Energy efficiency certificate

• Construction organisation plan

• Cost estimate documentation

Services provided under the contract:

• Development of design documentation (Design and Working Documentation stages)

• Obtaining approvals of design solutions from the relevant authorities and the Client

• Submission for expert review and obtaining a positive expert report
