Restoration and Modernisation of the Clinic of Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology – Odesa National Medical University

Development of scientific and design documentation for the project:
Restoration and renovation works to adapt the heritage building (Block “V”) of Odesa National Medical University, located at 9 Pastera Street, Odesa, for modern use.

The project involves restoration and adaptation of the clinic building of surgery, obstetrics and gynaecological diseases with a total area of 5,089.5 m², primarily to modernise lecture halls, operating rooms, and other facilities in line with international standards. The aim is to create a multidisciplinary medical and educational facility that ensures high-quality learning, diagnosis, and healthcare services.

The project includes:

  • Technical inspection of the building;

  • Design and replacement of internal engineering systems — heating, electricity, ventilation, air conditioning, and fire protection;

  • Integration of new educational, medical, and technological equipment;

  • Space reconfiguration, structural reinforcement, and lift system modernisation;

  • Development of a medical information system;

  • Preparation of cost estimates and project documentation.

• Development of design documentation (Project and Working Documentation stages);
• Obtaining approvals of design solutions from relevant authorities and the Client;
• Project expertise and obtaining a positive expert report.
