Thermal Modernisation of Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University Building No 1

The project includes the development of design and cost-estimate documentation for the thermal modernisation of the public educational building No. 1 of the Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University

The project scope covers architectural and structural solutions for the thermal modernisation of the buildings, upgrading of internal engineering systems (heating, ventilation, and lighting), installation of automated energy monitoring systems, design of individual heating units, preparation of construction management plans, and environmental impact assessments.

The project was financed by the European Investment Bank (EIB) under the national energy efficiency programme for public buildings.

Services provided under the contract:

• Development of design documentation at the Working Documentation stage

• Obtaining approvals of design solutions from the relevant authorities and the Client

• Passing the project through expert review and obtaining a positive expert report
