New Construction of an Administrative and Office Centre with Underground Parking in Odesa

The project involves the development of design and cost estimate documentation for the construction of a 17-storey administrative and office centre, featuring a single-level underground car park and a dual-purpose shelter area for up to 800 people located on the basement level in Odesa.

The project scope includes the development of architectural and structural solutions for the buildings and structures, a master plan and landscaping design, fire protection systems, water supply and sewerage, heating and ventilation systems, electrical systems, an energy efficiency certificate, an environmental impact assessment, and the design of roof boiler rooms.

Services provided:

• Development of design documentation at the Design and Working Documentation stages;

• Obtaining approvals for design solutions from relevant authorities and the Client.

The project is currently in the design stage.
