Club House with Service Infrastructure in Odesa – Engineering and Project Management

A 5-storey residential Club House with 51 apartments, built from red brick, featuring an integrated underground car park with 72 spaces and a separate sports and wellness complex with a swimming pool, located at 1-B Repina Street, Odesa.

Comprehensive engineering services were provided at all stages of the Project, from the development of the residential complex concept through to its commissioning, including cost control and project supervision.

The project documentation was developed in two stages – Design and Working Documentation – and included:

• Full internal engineering systems for both the residential and sports complexes (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water supply, wastewater, and electricity supply).

• Development of the building’s energy performance certificate.

• Design of fire protection systems.

• Preparation of the façade finishing passport.

• Master plan and landscaping of the surrounding territory.

Both author supervision and technical supervision were carried out throughout the project.
