Defining the list of tasks required for the Project implementation.

Developing the Project concept.

Preparing the economic and social justification for the feasibility of the Project as part of the initial data for the investment plan.

Conducting topographic and geodetic surveys of the construction site.

Carrying out preliminary engineering and geological investigations to determine the feasibility of locating the facility.

Collecting baseline data for design, including urban planning conditions and restrictions, technical requirements, and preparation of the design brief.

Supporting the development of the investment project (if applicable).

Preparing and submitting to the Client a preliminary report containing financial analysis, project efficiency forecasts, environmental considerations, social impact assessment, and a risk register for project implementation based on the conducted analysis and the provisions of the investment project (if applicable).
