Major renovation Nursery № 21

Major renovation of Odesa Preschool Educational Institution “Nursery” No. 21, located at 58 Luzanivska Street, Odesa, carried out within the framework of the investment project “Improving Energy Efficiency of Public Sector Facilities in Odesa and Reconstruction of the City’s Street Lighting Systems.”

The project scope included:

• Reconstruction of the street lighting system

• Installation of an individual heating unit

• Replacement of heating, ventilation, water supply, sewerage, and power supply systems

• Preparation of the building’s energy passport

• Fire protection system

• Installation of solar panels on the roof

• Development of the master plan and landscaping of the adjacent territory

• Cost estimate documentation

Implementation of the NEFCO investment project “Improving Energy Efficiency of Public Sector Facilities in Odesa” enhanced the efficiency, reliability, and resilience of heat consumption systems in educational facilities, ensuring optimal thermal comfort for children throughout the heating season.

Services provided under the contract:

• Preparation of design documentation (Working Project stage)

• Obtaining approvals of design solutions from the relevant authorities and the Client

• Submission for expert review and obtaining a positive expert report
