Administrative Service Centre of the Maiaky Village Council — New Administrative Building Construction

New construction of an administrative and office building to accommodate the Administrative Service Centre (ASC) of the Maiaky Village Council.

The project includes architectural and structural design of office spaces for 70 employees, the construction of a basement shelter of dual purpose designed for at least 250 people, external facade finishes, internal engineering systems (heating, water supply, drainage, electricity, ventilation, and air conditioning), a construction organisation plan, a fire protection system, and landscaping of the adjacent area.

Services provided:

• Development of design documentation at the Working Project stage;

• Obtaining approvals for design solutions from relevant authorities and the Client;

• Passing the expert review and obtaining a positive expert report.
