Odesa Regional Children’s Clinical Hospital — Major Facade Renovation

Comprehensive major renovation of the facade of the 9-storey building of the Odesa Regional Children’s Clinical Hospital of the Odesa Regional Council, located at 3 Akademika Vorobiova Street, Odesa.

The project involved the development of design documentation for the capital repair of the hospital’s facade.
Measurements and inspections of the building’s enclosing structures and external elements were carried out to assess their condition and inform the design solutions.

As part of the project, architectural facade design solutions were developed, including:

• Thermal insulation with a ventilated air gap system

• Replacement of wooden windows

• Facade finishing concept (texture, colour palette, cornices, and window surrounds)

An energy efficiency certificate and cost estimate documentation were also prepared.

• Development of design documentation at the Working Project stage

• Obtaining approvals for design solutions from relevant authorities and the Client
