      On 23 July 2018, the Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Energy Efficiency of Buildings\u201d<\/em> came into effect. This law obliges building owners and construction clients to carry out an energy audit.<\/p>\n

      From 1 July 2019 (following the implementation of Directive 2010\/31\/EU), energy efficiency certification became mandatory<\/strong> for:<\/p>\n
