Control of the Contractor\u2019s timely implementation of the construction programme and equipment supply.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"844\" data-end=\"984\">\n<p data-start=\"846\" data-end=\"984\">Organisation of occupational health and safety management on the construction site, including the development of a Health &amp; Safety Plan.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"985\" data-end=\"1241\">\n<p data-start=\"987\" data-end=\"1241\">Maintenance of the documentation register as defined by the Contract, general Contract reporting, and recording of changes in contract documentation. Safekeeping of original warranties and certificates of conformity for materials, equipment, and machinery.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1242\" data-end=\"1422\">\n<p data-start=\"1244\" data-end=\"1422\">Weekly progress meetings to monitor compliance with Contract provisions, schedules, and payment timetables. Preparation of meeting minutes and distribution to all participants.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1423\" data-end=\"1484\">\n<p data-start=\"1425\" data-end=\"1484\">Control of the implementation of decisions taken at meetings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1485\" data-end=\"1644\">\n<p data-start=\"1487\" data-end=\"1644\">Establishment of a unified database for planning, cost estimate management, and expenditure control, linking project activities with the accounting system.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1645\" data-end=\"1818\">\n<p data-start=\"1647\" data-end=\"1818\">Preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly progress reports to the Client. Timely provision of urgent notices and special reports to the Client where necessary.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1819\" data-end=\"1987\">\n<p data-start=\"1821\" data-end=\"1987\">Forecasting and providing proposals to prevent emergencies, as well as participating in their resolution. Development of measures to avoid similar issues in future.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1988\" data-end=\"2067\">\n<p data-start=\"1990\" data-end=\"2067\">Liaison with supervisory, environmental, local authorities, and the public.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2068\" data-end=\"2225\">\n<p data-start=\"2070\" data-end=\"2225\">Coordination of commissioning activities and ensuring their timely acceptance. Participation in connecting the construction facility to utility networks.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2226\" data-end=\"2340\">\n<p data-start=\"2228\" data-end=\"2340\">Monitoring compliance with Contract terms in respect of costs and adherence to approved schedules and budgets.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2341\" data-end=\"2516\">\n<p data-start=\"2343\" data-end=\"2516\">Verification and preparation for submission to the Client of invoices issued by the Contractor (or Designer) for works completed, and for supplied materials and equipment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2517\" data-end=\"2631\">\n<p data-start=\"2519\" data-end=\"2631\">Preparation and agreement (if necessary) of amendments, supplements, or additional agreements to the Contract.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2632\" data-end=\"2804\">\n<p data-start=\"2634\" data-end=\"2804\">Monthly reporting to the Client on the financial status of Contract implementation. Timely notification of the Client regarding the need for additional project funding.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2805\" data-end=\"2957\">\n<p data-start=\"2807\" data-end=\"2957\">Control of defect rectification by the Contractor (or Designer).
