51 apartments, built from red brick, featuring an integrated underground car park with 72 spaces and a separate sports and wellness complex with a swimming pool, located at <strong data-start=\"465\" data-end=\"493\">1-B Repina Street, Odesa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"498\" data-end=\"716\">Comprehensive engineering services were provided at all stages of the Project, from the development of the residential complex concept through to its commissioning, including <strong data-start=\"673\" data-end=\"713\">cost control and project supervision<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"718\" data-end=\"828\">The project documentation was developed in two stages \u2013 <strong data-start=\"774\" data-end=\"810\">Design and Working Documentation<\/strong> \u2013 and included:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"829\" data-end=\"1233\">\n<li data-start=\"829\" data-end=\"1004\">\n<p data-start=\"831\" data-end=\"1004\">Full internal engineering systems for both the residential and sports complexes (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water supply, wastewater, and electricity supply).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1005\" data-end=\"1074\">\n<p data-start=\"1007\" data-end=\"1074\">Development of the <strong data-start=\"1026\" data-end=\"1071\">building\u2019s energy performance certificate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1075\" data-end=\"1117\">\n<p data-start=\"1077\" data-end=\"1117\">Design of <strong data-start=\"1087\" data-end=\"1114\">fire protection systems<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1118\" data-end=\"1171\">\n<p data-start=\"1120\" data-end=\"1171\">Preparation of the <strong data-start=\"1139\" data-end=\"1168\">fa\u00e7ade finishing passport<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1172\" data-end=\"1233\">\n<p data-start=\"1174\" data-end=\"1233\">Master plan and landscaping of the surrounding territory.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1235\" data-end=\"1335\">Both <strong data-start=\"1240\" data-end=\"1262\">author supervision<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1267\" data-end=\"1292\">technical supervision<\/strong> were carried out
