When required, we are engaged in dispute resolution, particularly at pre-trial (out-of-court) stages, including claims management, mediation and arbitration.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"963\" data-end=\"1343\">The company is a member of the <strong data-start=\"994\" data-end=\"1049\">Interstate Consultants Engineers Guild in Ukraine<\/strong>, affiliated with the <strong data-start=\"1071\" data-end=\"1131\">International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC)<\/strong>. We act as an expert advisor to the client on project delivery, assist in selecting suppliers and contractors, manage on-site construction objectively and independently, and provide full project support at every stage.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1345\" data-end=\"1551\">As a <strong data-start=\"1350\" data-end=\"1370\">general designer<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1372\" data-end=\"1386\">VS Project<\/strong> carries out all stages of design work in full compliance with Ukrainian legislation and supports the project through to the issuance of a positive expert report.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1553\" data-end=\"1591\">We prepare design documentation for new construction, extensions, reconstruction, and major repairs of facilities, including:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1592\" data-end=\"1756\">\n<li data-start=\"1592\" data-end=\"1617\">\n<p data-start=\"1594\" data-end=\"1617\">Residential buildings<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1592\" data-end=\"1617\">\n<p data-start=\"1594\" data-end=\"1617\">Public buildings and facilities (medical, educational, catering, office centres)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1703\" data-end=\"1728\">\n<p data-start=\"1705\" data-end=\"1728\">Schools and nurseries<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1729\" data-end=\"1756\">\n<p data-start=\"1731\" data-end=\"1756\">Cultural heritage sites<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1758\" data-end=\"1924\"><strong data-start=\"1758\" data-end=\"1772\">VS Project<\/strong> applies the most up-to-date methods and approaches in its work. All projects are delivered using <strong data-start=\"1870\" data-end=\"1910\">BIM (Building Information Modelling)<\/strong> technology.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1926\" data-end=\"2265\">A building information model is a virtual prototype of a structure, enabling design solutions to be tested and evaluated before construction begins.
